A Biden administration aide recently revealed “big, bold changes” to come regarding “gun violence” while speaking during a Zoom briefing, reports the Washington Examiner.

Stef Feldman reportedly said during the call that Biden will “make big, bold changes through executive action, not just on policing and climate like we talked about previously, but in healthcare and education on gun violence, on a range of issues…There’s really a lot you can do through guidance and executive action.”

GPM has reported previously that the Biden campaign released an 11-page gun-control plan that includes, among tons of scary things, much stricter regulations surrounding what the left likes to call “assault-style weapons.”

In his manifesto, Biden also proposes universal background checks for all weapons sales (with the exception of sales between close relatives), red flag laws, banning “high-capacity” magazines, and removing legal protections for gun manufacturers. This, coming from a man who lashed out at an auto worker who pressed him on his support for the Second Amendment.

Biden’s staff selections also indicate that gun control is at the top of his agenda. Jennifer O’Malley Dillon, the presumptive White House Deputy Chief of Staff in the Biden administration, should alarm any gun owner. AWR Hawkins of Breitbart News reminded readers that she was the campaign manager for Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke’s failed presidential campaign in 2020 and advocated for “mandatory” buybacks for certain firearms.

For those who forgot, O’Rourke gained notoriety in September of last year during the Democrat debate, when he proclaimed, “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.”

The Biden administration wasted no time in getting the gun control wheels turning. We reported on November 12 that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), a group of unaccountable bureaucrats, had already begun plotting with the “Biden transition team” to implement new gun control at the federal level.

Ammoland reported at the time, “…[D]uring an ATF conference call, Acting Director Regina Lombardo told those in attendance that the anti-gun Biden transition team has reached out to the ATF to get the agency’s ‘top priorities,’” those priorities being pistol arm braces and 80% lowers.

“The ATF advocating for gun control shocks no one who’s even barely paid attention to their heinous actions in the last 30 years,” Chris Stone, Director of Political Operations for the National Association for Gun Rights, told GPM. “But what is particularly alarming is the acting director openly colluding with Job Biden and his vehemently anti-gun political team while President Trump is still in the White House.”
