Despite Democrats and leftist anti-gun groups pushing gun control and spending big in swing states to get anti-gunners elected, gun control is not an issue many Americans are concerned about.

Ammoland.com reports, “Every month Gallup asks Americans the question, ‘What do you think is the most important problem facing the country today?’ For the last seven months “Guns/Gun control” has registered below 0.5 percent.”

Because gun control is such a low priority, Everytown for Gun Safety, the anti-gun group backed by billionaire Michael Bloomberg, has been using its money “to attack candidates on a host of issues that have nothing to do with firearms,” reports Ammoland.

GPM has continued to track the records being broken by gun buyers. The National Shooting Sports Foundation reported in September that gun sales between March and July of 2020 were up 94 percent compared to the same period in 2019, with many of those sales coming from first-gun gun buyers, black, and female purchasers.

Everytown and other anti-gun groups are wise to put gun control on the back burner, when millions of Americans are showing how much they value the Second Amendment.
